• Reporting and alert systems
• Custom pipeline development

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business requirements
• Grant necessary access to systems and tools required for implementation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our services only for legitimate business purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements and may include:

• Project-based pricing for custom implementations
• Monthly recurring fees for ongoing automation services
• Setup fees for initial configuration and deployment
• Additional charges for scope changes or extra services

AutoX B2B retains ownership of all proprietary automation frameworks, methodologies, and general solutions. Client-specific customizations and data remain the property of the client.

AutoX B2B's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. AutoX B2B reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
